Bob and Nancy West here, we are retired and into all kinds of treasure hunting.
From panning and prospecting for gold to hunting coins, jewelry and relics with
metal detectors. Nancy is more of a rockhound, but her hobby fits in with mine
so we enjoy our hobbies wherever we go. Pick and Pan is our place to share our
hobbies with the world. Although we are not as active as we once were, we have
met a lot of friends and acquaintances all across the country.
We'll be adding in articles of interest to folks like us, to share our own
experiences and we invite you to share yours too. We have some friends who sell
some of our favorite equipment and supplies and have added a few pages of their
products to share with you. Once a month we send out a newsletter o our friend to
let them know if any of our suppliers are having specials or price breaks or any
new products that come out. If you'd like, we can send you a free copy, no
obligation, just drop us a note where it says "Subscribe!"
Our goal is to offer an easy to use site so that it is quick and easy to find
our articles, products and policies. If we have left out some information we are
happy to answer your questions, we just don't have an office full of people to
answer the phone, so please take a minute or two to email your questions, send
your comments, feedback, complaints, whatever, we always reply - and we respect
your privacy. We do not accept phone orders, please do not call to order. If you
